In the event of a cancellation ...

I understand that things come up and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled.  If this occurs, I do require 24 hour notice from scheduled appointment. Failure to notify within the 24 hours will be subject to 50% of the service that was booked and that fee will need to be paid prior to scheduling another appointment, if it becomes a continuing problem, I reserve the right to refuse service.

Please understand that when you cancel without adequate notice the stylist loses the opportunity to fill that spot with another guest resulting in both loss of time and income.

No call/no show appointment will result in a fee of 100% of the missed service time.

If you are late ...

If you are running 15 minutes or later, please be aware this will be cutting into your appointment time and there may not be time to provide your full service.

Services ...

I strive to offer my guests the highest level of satisfaction. If you are having challenges with your service, let me know within 7 days of your visit and I'm happy to correct the issue with no additional charge.

Because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked weeks or months ago, as a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent via text 2 days and 2 hours in advance.  When confirmation is sent it will show me you have confirmed your slot. Please note these texts are sent from a generic phone number and I can not be reached via that number.
